Heavy Duty concert staging truss passed German TUV test

JIANGSU SHIZHAN GROUP CO LTD Is china largest stage truss company group whose main product are stage truss barrier scaffold for all kinds of events,we have both aluminum and metal workshop and has a employee of total 150 Nos ,we has lots of experience for manufacturing heavy duty concert structure staging truss for famous start for their world Tour Concerts.

Below is the 3^rd set of concert steel stage truss made for china famous star jay chou’s concert show which will be held on march 2024 Australia.

The whole structure was made by high grade steel Q355B and the whole size is 80x24.8x26.4m

With the top and back side covered by the black tarpaulin,considering to the safety reason we had been made the TUV here to do the weight loading test.all the weight loading test had been divided into 3 parts :

PH 1: Roof to be loaded 62*550kg=34100kg Weights ,Weight to be maintained for 15 minutes prior to phase 2 loading Survey points to be measured and all displacements recorded.

Loading points are as show on figure 1 with yellow points

Total Loads 34100kg

PH 2: Roof to be loaded addtional 62*550kg=34100kg Weights ,weights based on Phase 1 loading conditions .Weight to be maintained for 15 minutes prior to phase 3 loading .Survey points to be measured and all displacements recorded.

Loading points are as show on figure 2 with blue points

Total Loads 68200kg

PH 3: Roof to be loaded addtional 60*550kg=33000kg Weights ,weights based on Phase 2 loading conditions .Weight to be maintained for 30 minutes prior to unloaded .Survey points to be measured and all displacements recorded.

Loading points are as show on figure 3 with red points

Total Loads 101200kg
