.For slightly deformed trays, manual repair, machine shaping, welding, riveting and other methods can be used to restore or approach their original state.
.Add reinforcing ribs, side panels, or other reinforcement structures to the deformed areas to improve the overall strength and stability of the pallet and prevent further deterioration of deformation.
.If a component of the tray is severely deformed and cannot be repaired, it can be replaced separately, such as damaged horizontal bars, vertical bars, or connectors
.For pallets with less deformation but still usable, their usage scenarios and the type of goods they carry can be adjusted to reduce the load or to be used in work processes that do not require high flatness
.For pallets with severe deformation that cannot be repaired, reinforced, or have high repair costs, they should be scrapped to avoid safety risks and affect work efficiency
.Strengthen the daily management and maintenance of pallets, conduct regular inspections, standardize operations, control loads, optimize storage environments, etc., to reduce the occurrence of pallet deformation from the source.
.If the tray frequently experiences deformation issues, consideration should be given to improving the design and manufacturing process of the tray, selecting higher quality materials, and enhancing the durability of the tray.
