A.Mechanical calibration

Use professional mechanical equipment, such as a press, to apply appropriate pressure to the deformed area to restore it to its original state. But the pressure should be controlled during operation to avoid causing secondary damage.

 

B.Heating correction

For some minor deformations, the aluminum alloy material can be softened by local heating and then corrected. After heating, it should be naturally cooled to maintain the performance of the material.

 

C.Replace components

If a component of the tray is severely deformed and cannot be repaired, it can be replaced separately, such as horizontal bars, vertical bars, or connectors.

 

D.Welding repair

For deformations caused by cracks or fractures, welding can be used for repair. But after welding, it needs to be polished and inspected to ensure the welding quality.

 

E.Increase and strengthen the structure

Add reinforcing ribs, angle irons, and other reinforcement structures at key deformation points to improve the overall strength and stability of the pallet and prevent further deformation.

 

F.Scrap and repurchase

For pallets with severe deformation that cannot be repaired by the above methods and have significant safety hazards, they should be scrapped and new pallets should be purchased
